ORDER PROCESSING
- Shipments will be dispatched approximately 2-4 working days after the order is placed depending on the delivery service selected at checkout. This does not include made-to-order MoonBoard products such as DIY panels.
- Usually, you will be emailed with delivery information once the order has been dispatched. We will be in touch to let you know of any anticipated delays outside of this.
DELIVERY
TRACKING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
To receive tracking information, please ensure you add your correct mobile number and email address to your order. In providing us with this information, you are giving us permission to pass it on to the shipper. Most orders will receive delivery information via text or email within 2-4 working days.
MOONBOARD DIY KITS AND PANELS
Delivery dates will be provided after you have placed your order.
SINGLE MOONBOARD HOLD REPLACEMENT
All single hold orders are dispatched from the UK and must be ordered through our global website moonclimbing.com Single holds are made to order with a lead time of 8-10 weeks plus delivery time. If your shipping address is outside of the UK you may incur import costs.
WHERE IS YOUR ORDER?
We are working hard to improve the way we communicate tracking information. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has either in part or fully been dispatched. This can take 2-3 days. If your order has been part shipped you will receive a notification for every additional shipment until your order is complete.
DUTIES & TAXES
Orders placed on our global website moonclimbing.com and shipped to a destination outside of the UK are subject to local import duties, taxes and admin fees. These are the recipient’s responsibility. If a recipient refuses delivery of their order, these local taxes and duties plus any return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
