Faulty Items: In the rare event that an item is faulty please contact us at info@moonclimbing.com to resolve the issue.

How to Return or Exchange:

The Consumer Contracts Regulations gives you a cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

1. Please download our returns form and fill it out, noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

3. Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office or courier and always retain proof of postage. *Unless they are defective, goods are returned at your own expense.*
4. Your refund or credit will be processed within two to three days of our warehouse notifying us of receipt of the goods.
5. Should a customer refuse delivery of their order any local taxes and duties plus any return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
