Returns: We want you to be 100% happy with your product so if for any reason you aren’t pleased, you can return the goods to us within 28 days and we will happily refund or exchange the items. Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging with labels attached.
NOTE: Goods must be unused and in the original packaging.
Faulty Items: In the rare event that an item is faulty please contact us at info@moonclimbing.com to resolve the issue.
How to Return or Exchange:
The Consumer Contracts Regulations gives you a cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
- Please download our returns form and fill it out, noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

Germany - Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office or courier and always retain proof of postage. *Unless they are defective, goods are returned at your own expense.*
- Your refund or credit will be processed within two to three days of our warehouse notifying us of receipt of the goods.
- Should a customer refuse delivery of their order any local taxes and duties plus any return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
